"Kim Young-nam, Chairman of the Standing Committee"Possibility of messages related to Kim Jong Un's defection
Russian Supreme Court Chief Justice Peng Chislav Lebedev sent Russian President Vladimir Putin's message to North Korean Secretary of State Kim Jong Un during his visit to Pyongyang this week.
"I met with President Putin before visiting North Korea," said Chief Justice Lebedev in an interview with a special correspondent in Pyongyang after completing his visit to North Korea.
Chief Justice Lebedev visited North Korea from March 30 to May 1.
On the first day of his arrival in Pyongyang, he met with North Korean leader Kang Yun-seok and the next day, Kim Young-nam.
During his visit to North Korea, he said, "We discussed cooperation between the two countries in the legal field, including exchange of judges and training sessions."사다리사이트
Some speculated that the message that President Putin sent to Kim Jong Un through the Supreme Court chief justice may be related to Kim's defection.
In late May, Russian President Sergei Lavrov, who visited Pyongyang, requested that Kim attend the East Economic Forum in Vladivostok or visit Russia separately.
However, Kim`s defense has yet to be accomplished.
Russian Senator Valentina Matviyenko, who visited North Korea in early September to mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the North Korean regime, said Kim`s visit could take place within this year.
Experts say Kim`s visit to Russia is likely to take place in the near future, as the summit between Kim and U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to take place early next year
